Throwback Thursday and ResQ challenge

This is my card fro Throwback Thursday at My Creative Time. Emma's challenge this week is to use a cut from one of the Paper Dolls cartridges. This is my blingy little mermaid!

I am also entering this card in the Res Q dry embossing challenge this week too.
